Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all B2B customers with an approved account with E.Side Distribution Inc.

Our policy allows for returns, credit for future purchases, or refunds exclusively for products that are received in a damaged condition. You must notify us of any damage within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return due to damage, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it, apart from the reported damage.

To initiate a return for a damaged item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or credits may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is further damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds and Credits

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

If your claim is approved, your refund or credit will be processed.

  • Refunds: A refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Credits: A credit will be applied to your account for future purchases.

The specific terms of your refund or credit will be in accordance with the agreement signed upon account creation.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, send us an email and send your item to: E.Side Distribution Inc., 8700 8th Ave., Montreal, (QC) H1Z 2W9 Canada.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to: E.Side Distribution Inc., 8700 8th Ave., Montreal, (QC) H1Z 2W9 Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
